snappi hosts user-generated content (UGC). If copyright or other rights infringement is suspected, we will promptly suppress (SUPPRESSED) the content based on a valid notice, and then decide whether to remove (REMOVED) or restore (ACTIVE) after review. This page is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
How to Report
Reports of copyright or other rights infringement can be submitted through our report form.
Submit a ReportInformation Required in a Notice
- Name/organization of the rights holder or authorized representative, and contact information (email, phone)
- Identification of the right or work claimed to be infringed (title, URL, etc.)
- Identification of the infringing content on our service (post URL, media ID, etc.)
- Specific description of the infringement (rights relationship, lack of authorization, comparison, etc.)
- Statement of accuracy and authority (false claims may result in liability)
- Applicable jurisdiction (e.g., JP/US/EU) and requested action (removal/suppression/geo-block, etc.)
- Signature (electronic signature accepted)
Incomplete notices may result in delayed or no action.
Processing Flow
- Receipt — Automatic reference number issued upon receiving the notice
- Suppression — Content suppressed within 24 hours; cache/OGP invalidated
- Review — Validity of the claim assessed; removal or restoration determined
- Prevention — Hash/URL added to blocklist as needed
- Notification — Claimant/poster notified of the outcome
Counter-Notice
The poster may file a counter-notice on grounds such as misidentification, authorization, or licensing. If no legal proceedings are initiated by the rights holder within the specified period (typically 10–14 business days) after a valid counter-notice is accepted, the content may be restored.
